500 pet hates and pet peeves cartoons!

Who’d have thought there were so many little irritations in life that I’d still be drawing new cartoons about them?

When I started this blog at the beginning of 2010 my aim was to draw a daily one for a year. I achieved that and was more than delighted with my creative output, and the fact that the more I drew the more the ideas came. And since there’s still lots of ideas written down but not yet drawn, my new goal is to finish a complete second year of them. That’d be 730 pet hate and pet peeves!

But wait – there’ll be more!

When I started this blog at the beginning of 2010 I set myself the target of drawing, and uploading, a new pet hates cartoon every day.

Well, it’s worked – and I’ve worked – and the more I’ve done, the more the ideas have come. So I’ve decided I’m going to keep going until I’m exhausted… or I’ve exhausted my ideas… whichever happens sooner!

Only 31 more cartoons to go!

It’s a bit like counting down the sleeps until Santa arrives… only better! Who’d have thought, at the beginning of the year, that I’d make it all the way to cartoon number 365? There’s no stopping me now!

Three quarters – now that’s more like it!

I’ve come this far. I can… I must… reach the end.

8 months and counting…

Well – that’s now two-thirds of the year complete. Now for the final 3 months. Eeeeek! Stay calm, Sheila, and keep drawing.

Half way today! Phew!

Six months of daily cartoons and still I’m having fun – who’d have thought I’d get this far?

2 months down – 10 to go!
